Hey Everyone! Welcome to “Read the F…ing Room!”
Let’s jump right in! Why am I here? Well, there are many reasons, but the main one is creating a space to embrace and inspire the Sigmas, Empaths, and Lone Wolves of the world. Why am I calling these particular adjectives? No reason, perhaps easy assimilation. But really, this magazine is for anyone who embraces a desire to place their self-awareness in the forefront. Stopping the victimization, blame game, or one way is the only way philosophy in life.
But what is a Sigma? I will make a post on that soon with some of the top aspects of a Sigma…so stay tuned (see January 18th post). The Sigmas are all about “Low Key Thriving.” No need for the “Big Notes” of dopamine hits. They embrace the space between those big notes.
Hopefully, these posts, with time, will help you discover your inner badass. But most importantly, realize that we’re all ENOUGH, and to stop feeding the propaganda machine that something is wrong, broken, or inadequate about us. And acknowledge that how others see us is not the goal, but the end result of how we see ourselves.
I have done a lot of living, most of it in the dark, not emotionally, physically, or even spiritually. This darkness was from my complete lack of awareness of how I chose to carry myself. Opting for more of an independent mindset, never worrying too much about how others choose to see me. Once again, completely unaware that this type of free thought and independence is not exactly how most go through life. I wish I could have embraced that awareness sooner in my life, and realized how much of a gift it is, instead of feeling like a visitor from another planet.
A lifetime of pursuing passions, dreams, and desires, where I failed more times than others have tried.
It has been an interesting and challenging ride, and still is. But no matter those experiences, my attitude has always been, “The lure of life and all of its mysteries is what propels me forward.” Life is all about the unfolding and seeing how it really all comes together. How something you might think is so sublime in your current experience turns out to be a cornerstone to building your next adventure.
