Hey Besties, Beauties, and Badasses! I discovered a quick beauty hack, and I thought I would share it here!
I was running late, and I needed to add some color on my legs. I discovered that I ran out of leg makeup (great last-minute touch-up). And I did not want to apply self-tanner.
I don’t even know what possessed me to try this. But I did! And the results were amazing.

Now + Next: Another Simple Favor…WTF?
Wow! Having a very high tolerance for bad movies and an endurance for binge-watching good and bad streaming series. Still, I could not get through this movie without forcing myself to see it through to the end without multiple watch times. It is that bad!
Anna Kendrick is the ONLY good thing about this movie. Oh, and the background shots of Capri. But, even the beauty of Capri could not save this spin-off spawn!
Because I am a bit of a fashion freak, my eyes developed retinal fatigue from the cavalcade of bad fashion choices from one specific character, Emily (Hope). Where she featured so many horrible choices that I can’t even pick one as the top offender. Not only were they poorly styled, but also poorly tailored. What in the Amazon purchase of a Polo Shirt is going on in one scene? Where it looked like someone had tacked up her sleeves with dental floss.
The only fashion saving grace was her rehearsal dinner outfit, which was cool. I was loving the rhinestone-encrusted breast plate/top! But it was not enough to prevent the visual assault of bad fashion that paraded throughout the rest of this movie.
Besides the fashion, the plot line, and the overall direction of the movie was intolerable! What is going on with this movie? Is that you, Hope? Or is Charity now really alive? Whatever! I rate it, negative 3 stars. Simply put, Another Simple Favor, SUCKS!
BL’s other movie, It Ends With Us, which has so many controversies attached to it. Was again another poor fashion extravaganza displayed throughout the entire movie. And as many of us know by now, that was the least of that production’s problems.
Now I’m wondering if BL’s ego is so far out of control that she places a “condition” in her contracts. That she must have full control of all fashion choices in order for her to be a part of the production.
Then please, please, for the love of all things fashion, don’t hire her. Not only is she now socially cancelled, but she is also a complete miss when it comes to style! Two movies in a row is not an error, it’s a pattern and a problem!
Now + Next: Did the Met Miss the Mark?
Met Gala? A bit of a snore this year for me. Some hits, many misses! To me, Rihanna is the clear winner! Completely got it right on all levels.
Sorry, Halle…this is a complete “no bueno!” Though, Halle, you’re an incredibly beautiful woman. But that vag clev? Omg! No!
